Many of our residential clients purchase a home with a landscape that was the bare minimum required to get a certificate of occupancy. Green grass, maybe a tree or two, and a lot of mulch beds ready for color. These landscapes are respectable, but do not provide a wow-factor and can detract from the real beauty and value of a home.

Before and After #1

This redesign transformed the front yard. As you can see from the first two before photos. The landscaping was basic and close to the house. Though the beds are full, from the street, the front hardly looks full. We redesigned the front and took advantage of slope from the house to the street to create terraces. We also brought the beds out from the lower level. Finally, we used two different paver styles to delineate a social space off the front porch.
