Landscape Labor
Landscape, Hardscape, and Gardening Laborers get to spend their time out in the field enjoying the outdoors as they work. We know that working 5 days a week can be a grind, that’s why we’re excited to be offering flexible schedules like 4-day workweeks. Pay ranges from $16-$20 an hour depending on experience and we are willing to give on-the-job training! To apply, click here!
Landscape Design/Build Estimator
This position requires prior landscape and hardscape experience and knowledge. Estimators will be on the road, working remotely, and traveling to clients' properties to survey and take notes and measurements. They will be responsible for inputting cost and notes in the Profitlion system as well as sourcing vendors for materials.
Knowledge in Excel, Word, and customer relationship management programs required. Design experience and ability will be compensated. The starting rate is negotiable with a year-round salary and bonus. To apply, click here!
Foreperson
The Foreperson position has a pay rate ranging from $40 to $50K per year based on experience. Sign-on bonus and end of season bonus offered depending on performance! To apply, click here!
