We looked for additional sources of information, and found this article from Bob Villa “Landscaping: A Good Investment.” Some estimates state that a well designed, installed and maintained landscape can increase a home’s value by 20%, “a figure that rivals the return on a new kitchen or bath.” Farm Bureau Financial Services found that “mature trees can add an average of 10 percent to a property’s value.”
