Full-time landscaping season is just around the corner and we are hiring for key positions at Nurney Landscape and Design. On top of that, we are excited to announce that we are offering higher pay for both the estimator and crew leader positions. Crew Leader

The Crew Leader position is a working team member that oversees lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, trimming, landscape maintenance, pruning, fertilization, weed control, planting of trees and shrubs, flower installation, leaf clean-ups, and similar tasks.

Pay rate starting at $50K per year based on experience. Company vehicle and company phone offered. Expense account. Sick, and vacation time offered. Sign-on bonus and end-of-season bonus are offered depending on performance. Apply here.

Estimator

This position requires prior landscape and hardscape experience and knowledge. Estimators will be on the road working remotely and traveling to clients' properties to survey and take notes and measurements. They will be responsible for inputting cost and notes in the Profitlion system, and will also source vendors for materials.

​Knowledge of Excel, Word, and customer relationship management programs is preferred. Design experience and ability will be compensated. Pay starting at $45K is negotiable with a year-round salary and bonus. A company vehicle is available for property visits.
