Full Service Maintenance Package Pricing

With Nurney Landscape and Design, you will have a single point of contact to handle everything on your property. That means no more juggling multiple contractors, including gardeners, lawn maintenance, and tree services. Our maintenance packages start as low as $550 per month and include a minimum of three services. Simply choose the services your property needs!

Gardening Services

For most landscaping companies, gardening services include bed maintenance, weeding, and mulching. Flower beds and garden beds need this type of maintenance to maintain their appearance throughout the year. Nurney Landscape & Design offers much more than that. When you include gardening services in a maintenance package, you can expect Nurney to be at your property every week, keeping your flower and garden beds looking pristine. Planting perennial flowers that are native to this area will keep your property colorful all season long. Not sure what to plant? No worries! We have you covered. According to the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation & Natural Resources, there are approximately 2,100 native plants in Pennsylvania.

Shrub and Tree Pruning

Shrub and Tree Pruning services are dependent upon seasonal influences but usually take place during the months of June & July. We will hand prune or shear to maintain shape and remove dead, diseased, broken, or overgrown branches. This includes all groundcovers, evergreens, deciduous shrubs, ornamentals, and trees up to 10’ in height.

Lawn Maintenance

Lawn care, when done right, can be a daunting and time-consuming task for a homeowner. A beautiful lawn needs maintenance at just the right time. Rather than worrying about chasing down gardeners, mowers, the tree guy, the weed and pest gal, the snow removal team, etcetera, you can rest easy knowing the folks at Nurney Landscape & Design are on it. Most of our clients sign up for weekly lawn maintenance services from April through November.

Turf Fertilization

We apply organic turf fertilizer six times per season. We will adjust the timing, frequency, and rate of application to meet horticultural conditions. Typically, the first service happens in March and the last application will happen in October.

Spring Cleanup

The spring cleanup service is generally performed during the months of March through May. This service provides mulching, debris cleanup, and edging of your garden beds. Cleaning up your property also gives us the opportunity to get an up-close inspection of the condition of your lawn, garden and flower beds, hardscapes, etc. We will address any issues with you and make sure your property is set up for a strong growing season.

Fall Cleanup

The fall cleanup service is usually performed during the months of November through December. We provide a very thorough and complete cleanup of your property. This includes leaf removal, gutter cleaning, debris cleanup, and gardening services like mulch and bed maintenance. We will go through and inspect your landscape for damage and address any issues before winter settles in. Fall is also a great time to start planning any future design projects!
